I Prepare the Final Paper
1) Please carefully improve your manuscript according to the comments from reviewers, and strictly follow the IEEE conference paper template in the form of Microsoft Word or LaTex.
2) This is very important, please add the copyright notice on the bottom of the first paper page, please follow data listed below.
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-5787-3/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-5787-3/25/$31.00 ©2025 European Union
- For all other papers the copyright notice is (integrated in template):
978-1-6654-5787-3/25/$31.00 ©2025 IEEE
II IEEE PDF eXpress check
Once the final manuscript is ready to submit, authors must create a PDF file according to the IEEE PDF eXpress. All submissions must be IEEE Explore compliant and the only way to ensure this is to use IEEE PDF eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
First-time users should do the following:
1) Select the “New Users - Click Here”.
2) Enter the following:
- 66853X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
3) Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent to verify your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above procedure but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
III Final Paper Submission
Final paper upload deadline is Monday, 8th September 2025. Please upload your papers until this deadline, so that we can prepare final conference schedule as well as conference proceedings. This deadline is strict!
Please inform us as soon as possible by sending an E-mail (on edpe2025@fer.hr) if you are not able to finish your paper on time, or not able to participate the conference for any reason.
Please upload the PDF file created by IEEE PDF eXpress in the CMT paper submission system for Final paper (http://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/EDPE2025/). Once you are logged in use the link Create Camera Ready Submission.
During the Final paper submission procedure, you also need to transfer the Copyright via the IEEE electronic Copyright Form. To do so please click the link, Submit IEEE Copyright Form. This is a 2 step procedure, after selecting Submit IEEE Copyright Form you have to click to appropriate link for redirection on the IEEE Copyright Web Site where you are generating IEEE Copyright form for your paper. In the second step you have to upload the generated Copyright form on CMT system. The procedure is straightforward, just follow the instructions.
Please note that IEEE Copyright form is necessary to have your paper published in IEEE Xplore system!
IV Author Registration
Author's registration fee payment deadline is September, 15th, 2025.
At least one of the authors for the final paper needs to complete the registration and payment. The details of the registration/payment procedure will be published on conference Web pages during August (REGISTRATION page of FOR AUTHORS section). There are 2 different paths for registration, one for credit card payments and another for bank transfers.
Registration system will stay opened until the end of the conference, enabling non-authors and additional authors late registration.
One paid registration per paper is required for publishing in IEEE Xplore and inclusion in the conference program and conference proceedings.
Notes:
1. In order to have your paper published to the IEEE Xplore library, it is required that you pay at least one registration for each paper. The deadline for registration fee payment enabling publishing the paper in conference proceedings and including the paper in conference programe is 15th September, 2025.
2. Your final paper in PDF format with IEEE Explore compliant must be submitted no later than September 8, 2025 23:59 CET at http://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/EDPE2025/
Your paper must comply with the specifications listed in the guide for authors. Due to publication deadlines, no time extensions will be granted.
3. Your final paper will be submitted for plagiarism checking to the IEEE Crosscheck system. Papers found to contain plagiarized material will not be accepted for publication.
Brief Instructions for Lecture (Oral) and Poster (Dialogue) Presentations at EDPE 2025

Conference Session Types
The EDPE 2025 Conference is organized into different session formats:
Keynote sessions: 45 minutes per presentation
Lecture (oral) sessions: Maximum 15 minutes per presentation
Poster (dialogue) sessions: 75 minutes total session duration
Important Notes:
Lecture sessions will run two in parallel
Official conference language is English only
All slide text must be in English
A PC with video projector will be provided
Microsoft PowerPoint is recommended (save both .pptx and .pdf files)
Preparing Your Lecture (Oral) Presentation
Time Allocation: Your total presentation time is limited to 15 minutes, which includes:
Introduction by the chairman
Your presentation
Discussion time
Presentation Guidelines
Before Your Session:
Hand your presentation slides to the session technician
Inspect the lecture hall and its facilities
Ask the technician for brief instructions on using the technical equipment
Complete the Speaker's Data Form and give it to your session chairman
During Your Presentation:
Speak slowly and clearly for maximum understanding
Use English only
Keep slides simple—both diagrams and equations should be easy to read
Preparing Your Poster Presentation
Content Requirements
Your poster should contain:
The most important ideas from your paper
Supporting drawings, formulas, schemes, and results
An abstract that is exactly the same as in your paper
Important: Enlarged copies of the manuscript are forbidden.
Focus on attractiveness and clear arrangement to facilitate discussion. There is no predefined poster template.
Session Logistics
Each poster session lasts 75 minutes.
Timeline:
Before the session: Mount your poster on the allocated board during the break, at least 5 minutes before your session starts
During the session: Remain present at your poster throughout the entire 75-minute duration
After the session: Remove your poster immediately when the session closes

Poster board size: 100 cm (width) × 200 cm (height)
Recommended poster size: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height)
A0 format is ideal
Typography and Design Guidelines
Lines:
Use lines no thinner than 1 mm
Title:
Use bold CAPITAL LETTERS
Recommended fonts: Arial and similar sans-serif fonts
Font size: Approximately 60 points
Alignment: Centered
Author Information:
Include author name(s), institution, and contact information
Recommended font size: Approximately 36 points
Alignment: Centered
Abstract:
Include the exact same abstract as in your paper
