EDPE 2025 - Registration procedures and Registration Fee payment

After succesful payment send us an E-mail on korema@korema.hr using title EDPE2025 Registration and filling following data in the E-mail body:

  1. Participant Name and Surname

  2. Company name and address, country

  3. Company VAT number

  4. Type of registration

  5. IEEE membership Number/Student document number (if applicable)

Please attach your payment proof (bank receipt) if possible.

Full registration fee - IEEE members                               600 EUR

Student registration fee (not for 1st Author)                350 EUR

Co-author registration fee                                               450 EUR

2nd and further papers(s) of the same author            250 EUR

Important Information

Pricing and Deadlines

· Prices are valid until September 17, 2025

· After this date and for on-site payments, an additional €50 fee will be charged

Registration Inclusions

Regular Full Registration:

· Participation in all conference events

· Welcome party

· Conference trip with dinner

· Conference proceedings

IEEE Members Full Registration:

· Same as regular full registration

· IEEE members must provide their IEEE membership number during registration

Student Registration:

· Same as regular full registration

· Students must prove their status by sending appropriate student documentation via email

Co-author Registration:

· For co-authors of papers with one full registration already paid

Additional Papers:

· For second, third, and additional papers by the same author

· Appropriate fee required for each additional paper

Spouse Registration:

· Covers Welcome party and Conference trip for spouses
